Seta, the Curry Saviour-

Seta is a married woman with two kids, who are in their teens. Relishing chicken is the Sunday regime at their home. Since many years, seta never got the opportunity to relish the pieces, as the bowl gets cleaned up by the time she eats. One fine Sunday, after the cooking, seta kept apart of the chicken curry aside, and the rest on the lunch table. Once the kids and husband completed their eating. She brought out the other bowl, which she stored for her and enjoyed it to the fullest. And ate to the content of her heart. Seta felt happy for herself and started doing the same every week.

Round the Clock Manoja-

Manoja is a working woman with a five-year-old son. She competes with time to manage, and balance the personal and professional life. She had to run behind the time, to get the things done for her son and husband, with no breaks in-between. One fine day, her exhaustion reached the saturation, then, she left the baby with her husband, went on a solo trip for a week. She did not regret her decision. She fell in love with herself during the trip and discovered herself. She was boarded with full energy, once she came back.

Yashoda, a life-fighter-

Yashoda raised her two songs, single-handedly after the death of her husband. She had many dreams of being a singer but concentrated on the future of her sons. On a festive day, she got a call from her younger son, asking her to move to his house, to take care of her grandson, as both of them were working. Yashoda smoothly turned up the offer. She later enrolled in music classes to explore her passion for singing.

All the above three stories talk about the importance of self-love.

It is important to love yourself.

A person who can’t love themselves, can’t share their love to anyone else honestly.
